Wellness & Restoration Retreat at

The 1832 Jackson House

Dates and Times

Friday, January 30 through Sunday, February 1, 2026

We welcome you on Friday at 4:00 PM as you begin a thoughtfully curated journey of relaxation and renewal for your body, mind, and soul. The retreat will gently conclude on Sunday morning at 11:30 AM, allowing you to depart feeling restored, centered, and refreshed.

A cozy living room with two vintage armchairs, a glass-top coffee table with books, a dark wood dresser, a large mirror, two black lamps, a gold-framed mirror, and decorative blue and white plates on a green wall.

What to Expect

During the retreat, your days will unfold at a gentle, intentional pace, designed to restore both body and spirit. Thoughtfully curated gatherings and guided discussions will explore themes of burnout, healthy boundaries, and the freedom found in letting go.

Each morning will begin with grounding practices such as yoga, meditation, and prayer, setting a centered tone for the day ahead. Time for quiet reflection, creative expression, and immersion in nature is woven throughout the experience, offering space to reconnect, breathe deeply, and feel fully restored as part of the holistic wellness journey.

All meals are included—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—nourishing you with care and simplicity.

Stacey Moore, RN, MPA

Mind–Body–Spirit Wellness Facilitator

Stacey Moore is a seasoned nurse, clinical health leader, and mind–body–spirit wellness facilitator with more than 30 years of experience supporting women’s health and well-being.

Her work spans critical care, nursing leadership, healthcare entrepreneurship and functional wellness, with impact at both the state and national levels. Stacey has helped shape statewide health and wellness initiatives and served as Chief Nursing Officer for a national wellness franchise. She brings together evidence-based care and whole-person healing with clarity, credibility, and heart. She is currently completing requirements toward Board Certification as a Holistic Nurse Coach, further deepening her commitment to integrative, person-centered care.

What truly sets Stacey apart is her presence. She understands burnout personally and knows how difficult it can be to pause in a world that constantly demands more. Because she has walked that path herself, she brings deep empathy, wisdom, and authenticity to the women she guides.

At 1832 Jackson House, Stacey creates space for women to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and release the pressure of everyday life. Grounded in faith, her approach is warm, intentional, and deeply human. Whether leading a session, listening deeply, or laughing around the table, Stacey’s energy is genuine, contagious, and unforgettable.
